BANANA CRACKERS



Ingredients:
1 kilo green cooking banana (saba)
1/2 kilo refined sugar
Vegetable Oil

Materials:
Cooking utensils
Strainer
Plastic bags

Procedure:
1. Peel bananas and cut into thin slices.
2. Coat slices with sugar.
3. Deep-fry until they become golden brown.
4. Using a strainer, drain oil from banana slices.
5. Pack banana slices and seal.
